Description
The Precision Vertical Stage T60Z-5B-DHL is equipped with the Double-Row (4 sets) of Precision Crossed-Roller Bearing Slide Guides. The drive system in Embedded-Block features 1:2 of vertical moving ratio between the vertical height adjustment and the travel of Micrometer Head. The resolution of this stage will be 0.005 mm.
This Vertical Postioner is the only one which can be fixed in Upside Down Position during the safe loading of 3 kgf. The vertical height adjustment range is 5 mm. The platform size is 60 mm x 60 mm and surface in horizontally.
