Return Policy

a). 30 days money back or item exchange

We offer 100% satisfaction guarantee. Most items can be returned within 30 days of receiving the item. Within 30 days of receiving the items, if you are not 100% satisfied with the item, you may return it for exchange or full refund (excluding shipping charges). If your return is a result of our error we will also refund your shipping charge.

All returns must be in new, resalable condition and in original unmodified packaging. Custom orders cannot be returned when they function properly. Custom Orders mean the manufacturing according to client's detailed requirement.

b). Return of working products after 15-days and within warranty period

After 15 days from delivery, we do not generally accept returns of other than for products known to have failed. That being said, we understand that occasionally circumstances change resulting in a customer having purchased products they no longer require. Requests for return for refund in such situations are handled on a case-by-case basis. In all accepted request, the shipping charges is not included in this refund.

c). Return for repair/replacement within warranty period

We offer limited warranty for most of our products from the date of delivery. If a part appears not to function properly, customers must return the part with a 'test report' showing it does not function or contact our sales and discuss the issue.

To deliver worry free operation and eliminate the cost associated with the warranty repairs, we offer a Limited Warranty as a standard feature across all major product lines.

a). 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back return policy. Within 30 days of receiving the items, customers may return an order and obtain a refund. If the original parts have not been unpacked or touched or if the parts have been determined to not work as described on our website, a full refund (excluding shipping charges) will be awarded. In all other cases (e.g., customer orders incorrect parts), you may return it for exchange or full refund (excluding shipping charges). b). Limited Warranty

Different products have different limited warranty. According to different materials and workmanships, usage rate, the availability of the spare parts is varied from different products. Please check the details as following.

Motorized Positioning Stages (Motorized Linear Stages, Motorized Rotation Stages, Motorized Goniometer Stages, Motorized Lab Jacks, Motorized Multi-Axis Positioning Systems) enjoy one year limited warranty. Manual Positioning Stages (Manual Linear Translation Stages, Manual Rotation Stages, Manual Vertical Stages, Manual Lab Jacks, Manual Dovetail Stages, and Manual Multi-Axis Positioning Systems) have 6 months limited warranty. The Actuators (Adjustment Screws, Micrometer Heads, Digital Micrometer Heads) are wearing parts, can they only enjoy a 15 Days Exchange and Return Policy. The rest items usually enjoy one year limited warranty. Custom orders cannot be returned when they function properly.

If any our products fail due to a defect in materials or workmanship within limited warranty of original shipment, we will, at its sole option, repair/replace the product or refund the original purchase price. To access this Limited Warranty, contact us and ship the product to our factory.

All else notwithstanding, acceptance of products from MPositioning Co., Limited, constitutes acceptance of this Limited Warranty.
